Bodyweight skill, frame by frame
How to film a muscle-up for a useful form review
Use one stable side angle and one front-oblique angle. Keep your hands, hips and the full bar in frame from the dead hang through the support position.
Record
Start from a visible dead hang so you can judge the first pull.
Review
Keep the camera level with your torso and far enough back to show the bar.
Adjust
Compare one technical cue at a time: pull path, turnover, then lockout.
A clearer review loop
Coach Alex reviews alignment, range of motion and control across your calisthenics progressions. You keep the feedback beside your log instead of guessing from one good-looking rep.
